KMG Engineering participated in the International Symposium

In January this year, the 41st International Symposium was held in Tokyo, organized by the Japan Cooperation Center for Petroleum and Sustainable Energy (JCCP).

Saule Zholdayakova, Acting Director of the Department of Alternative Energy, Head of the Hydrogen Technology Laboratory, participated in the event as a speaker. As part of the “Looking to the Future with Carbon Management Technologies” panel, a KMG Engineering representative shared her knowledge of carbon neutrality and hydrogen technologies with symposium guests and partners.

The JCCP is Japan’s most important annual event in the field, bringing together Oil and Gas Industry Leaders, producers and consumers to exchange useful knowledge and opinions. This time “Strategy and Initiatives for the Oil and Gas Industry in the Context of Global Economic Change” was the subject of the event. This year representatives from 30 countries joined the event. Since its founding in 1981, the JCCP annually organizes an International Symposium to enhance cooperation between Japan and oil-producing countries to stabilize oil supply and demand. The Organization actively cooperates with oil-producing countries, including Kazakhstan, and is steadily developing the Human Resource Development (HRD) Program and the Technical Cooperation Program (TTCP).
