The most active pool member, who continually improves his or her qualifications and is focused on improving his or her professional competences, will be offered the opportunity to obtain a master’s degree from local universities in the city.

In December 2021, the Talent Pool Training and Development Plan was approved, according to which training in the following areas is provided for talent pool members:

1. Leadership

2. Time management

3. Soft skills

The talent pool list was created at KMG Engineering at the end of last year. At that time, 50 applications were received, followed by a comprehensive audit of all candidates. Following the results of the assessment, and taking into account the recommendations of the management, an order was signed “On approval of the list of the talent pool of KMG Engineering LLP”, which includes 40 employees of the company, including the Branches.

The aim of the project is to create a succession of career-motivated professionals with a high level of professional skills and managerial competence for management positions.

According to KMGE Human Resources Service, all employees who meet the requirements can now also become candidates for the talent pool.  This is an excellent opportunity for them not only to demonstrate professional knowledge and competence, but also to quickly move up the career ladder.

The company’s policy is focused on the comprehensive development, support and retention of highly qualified, rare competence personnel, primarily from the talent pool members. After all, having an in-house talent pool will save considerable financial and time resources when recruiting, training and adapting managers from “outside”. Practice shows that it is the talent pool members who are familiar with the company’s corporate culture and characteristics and who are much more effective in carrying out their professional duties.
