The KMGI Atyrau branch has held a Meeting with the Director of SPE

Mr. Grigoriy Zaraiskiy, the Head of SPE, has arrived from London as part of a business visit and strengthening cooperation in order to personally get to know and establish contacts with the Atyrau board.

To date, the board is one of the most active in the implementation of projects and productive activities, its members regularly organize educational lectures, are involved in workshops, conferences, symposiums, etc. Also, the employees are authors of scientific articles on the SPE platform.

The Meeting has been held in a fruitful way, they have discussed topical issues and platforms for the further cooperation in the oil capital of Kazakhstan.

Let’s recall that the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) is a non-profit professional association with more than 124,800 members in 134 countries involved in the exploration and production of oil and gas. SPE is a key resource for technical knowledge, providing opportunities to share information through in-person and online events and training courses, publications, and other resources. SPE has offices in Dallas, London, Dubai, Kuala Lumpur, Calgary and Houston.

Until the end of this year the colleagues from the Branch – the SPE members, have planned a number of lectures for the APEC Higher College students in the framework of the cooperation with SPE. The implementation of a large-scale project is another excellent opportunity for the KMGI employees to develop their soft skills and professional skills, as well as to strengthen the Company’s image in the external environment.
