Sport and work go hand in hand

In every team there is always a mass entertainer, initiator of various events, bringing colleagues together for cultural or sports activities. We have such a person in the Atyrau branch of KMG Engineering LLP.

Meet Aibek Mendigaliyev, Senior Engineer of the Geology and Geological Exploration Service, who was at the origins of creating a real football team in the company.  

 – “Many companies have their own “branch”, where the sports spirit of the team is strengthened. I have been working at our Institute since 2014, and every year I organize tournaments in volleyball, mini-football, chess, and other sports. But I was always eager to form a football team on a permanent basis. So, last year, with the support of our first Deputy Director for Geology and Development, Altynbek Suleimenovich Mardanov, we managed to bring the idea to life”, says Aibek Mendigaliyev (player No. 17 on the photo).

    The football team called “KMGE” rallied all fans of the number one game and, with the support of the employer who provided the application fee, immediately took part in the 3^rd City League Championship.
