According to the results of the competition “Best Creative Work of Young Personnel 2023”, 6 participants became winners:
This year, the judges received 23 applications for consideration in various areas of the oil and gas industry.
Director General of KMG Engineering LLP Rakhim Uteyev emphasized that this competition has been held in the company since 2021.
– 23 works were reviewed, covering almost all areas of KMGE’s activities such as geology, PVT, development, production technology, etc. Thus, based on the results of the competition, 6 winners were identified, who were awarded additional leave of two calendar days, diplomas, as well as an increase in the official salary level by 1 level.
Upon approval of the report on the implementation of goals based on the results of the 3rd quarter, the remaining participants of the competition were given a 10% bonus in the form of material incentives. “This is a small motivation on the part of KMGE to encourage the young team to actively participate in scientific research,” noted Rakhim Nagangaliyevich.
Let us remind you that a third of the institute’s thousand-strong staff today consists of young employees under the age of 35.
As Yevgeniy Ogay, Chairman of the Competition Commission, emphasized in his address, “all the works are very informative, deeply thought out, which indicates the potential of young people and their qualifications as experts – each in their own specialization.”
The presented works cover the entire range of activities of the scientific institute, including geophysics, development, mining technology, and issues related to environmental problems. A lot of work is related to the study of core material, as well as the physical and chemical properties of oil.
The winners from the Atyrau branch and the KazNIPImunaygas branch also joined this online event, whose diplomas were sent to be presented to them by the management of the branches.
In addition, it is worth adding that the works submitted to the competition by young specialists were recommended for publication in a collection of scientific papers.
This competition is aimed at expanding opportunities for young employees to advance in their positions and increase their salary.
