Project Defense on Professional Mechanic Program

The Professional Mechanic Program was launched with the support of the Human Resources Management Department of JSC “NC “KazMunayGas” in 2021 for 16 employees of JSC “Ozenmunaigas”. Throughout 4 modules, the participants of the program not only took training courses, but also worked on projects, divided into 2 teams. Each team was assigned a supervisor from among the OMG experts.

Thus, 2 teams presented their work to the expert commission on June 29, 2022:

• Bigeldiyev Mambet Amanturliyevich – Director of the Personnel Management and Development Department of JSC “Ozenmunaigas”
• Sariyev Samat Sundetovich – Chief Mechanic of OGPD-1
• Shyrakbayev Alibek Sauytbayevich – Chief Mechanic of OGPD-2

Based on the results of the project defense, the teams were awarded in the following nominations:

Baiterek team – «Best Technological Solution».

Zhiger team – «Best Project Presentation».

Moreover, participants were awarded certificates of training completion at the end of the program and a number of participants who proved themselves during the entire training were also acknowledged.

Thus, according to the results of 4 modules trainers survey, the TOP 6 most active participants of the program were identified:

1.  Nurlan Bauyrzhan – Senior Mechanic (equipment repair) of Oil and Gas Production Unit No. 7 of OGPD-4;

2.  Kushkinbayev Kuandyk – Oilfield Equipment Mechanic of Wire-line Operations Unit No. 2 of OGPD-2;

3.  Janzhigitov Rais – Mechanic of the Mechanical Division of OGPD-4

4.  Joldasbayev Darkhan – Senior Mechanic (equipment repair) of Oil and Gas Production Unit No. 9 of OGPD-2;

5.  Nurimbayev Medet – Mechanic (equipment repair) of Diagnostics and Repair of Underground Equipment Unit of OGPD-1;

6. Kelimberdyyev Rustam – Senior Mechanic (equipment repair) of Oil and Gas Production Unit No. 1 of OGPD-3.
