On April 6, this year, on the occasion of Geologist Day, the Council of Young Specialists, represented by our colleague Daniyar Kusmanov, an expert of KMG Engineering’s Supplementary Exploration Service, organized a lecture on Oil and Gas Exploration in Kazakhstan for students at Nazarbayev University.
The speaker discussed the history of geological exploration in Kazakhstan, its current state, and its future prospects. Students were particularly interested in geologists’ working methods, including the use of specialized software, the most reliable subsurface study methods, and other branches in the direction of geological exploration.
