New horizons for talented youth

Zhanylai Kalybai is a graduate of the Kazakh National University named after al-Farabi with a degree in mathematical and computer modeling. She studied under the KMGE School program, specializing in Carbonate Reservoirs Specialist. Currently works as a core analysis engineer in the Atyrau branch of KMG Engineering LLP.

During her studies, she was a participant in the educational program “Professionalize Kazakhstan”, the main goal of which is to integrate and improve higher education and vocational training in accordance with advanced world standards and practices. She is fond of reading classical and professional literature.

At the moment I am engaged in the tasks of integrating development with geology. My professional duties include research and development of programs for the recognition of rock types based on core materials.

During her studies, Zhanylai passed industrial practice at the Atyrau branch of KMG Engineering LLP under the leadership of Nariman Sarsenbekov, as a result of which the future engineer had a clear understanding of the problems under study and the application of calculations, taking into account real experimental data.

Today, work in the company opens up new horizons and prospects for a young specialist and provides an opportunity to devote oneself to a truly beloved work and interesting projects. Zhanylai has already managed to carry out a complete analysis of the tasks under study and to build possible ways to improve them. In the future, she sees herself as a real professional in her field, initiator and conductor of useful projects of KMGE, contributing to the further development of the company. To achieve this goal, the girl admits, it will take a lot of effort and borrowing knowledge and experience from colleagues. Now, in many ways, she is helped by a sensitive mentor – the head of the structural unit Nikita Pronin. His distinctive qualities are an astute mind and high professionalism..

I am very glad to be a part of the KMGE School project and sincerely grateful to all the organizers and the KMGE team for a unique opportunity to build a career in a modern high-tech company. I am sure that an individual approach to training, a strong teaching staff, the opportunity to acquire practical skills will attract many more talented children to the project.
