KMG Engineering started training for the pool of reservists

Training for the Project participants to form a talent pool of the Company employees takes place these days – September 20-21 in the Wyndham Garden Hotel, Astana.

The training focuses on improving effective thinking techniques and public speaking skills. The course is conducted by Askar Utepkaliyev, a business trainer.  

The reserve team consists of KMGE Head Office and branch representatives who have professional experience in project groups and have set themselves the goal of developing managerial competencies.

Note that on October 1, 2021, the KMGE Talent Pool list was approved by Order No. 176-П of the General Director (Chairman of the Management Board).

Based on the assessment of personal and business competencies, a Training and Development Plan for the Talent Pool was developed (Order No. 231-П dated December 27, 2021).

As previously stated, the project’s goal was to develop succession principles among employees in managerial positions who are motivated for career development and have a high level of professional development and managerial competencies.

The Project implementation period is from 1 to 3 years, depending on the degree of preparedness of the reservists.
