KMG Engineering held a meeting of the personnel reserve participants with the company’s management

Addressing potential candidates for leadership positions in the company, the General Director, Chairman of the Management Board of KMG Engineering Bakhytzhan Khasanov noted that the main goal of creating a talent pool was the need to ensure the planning of the succession of employees to key managerial positions, their development, motivation, as well as increasing the level of readiness of employees for any changes in the company.

Having our own talent pool will significantly save financial and time resources in the selection, training and adaptation of managers “from outside”. An employee from the pool of reservists, as a rule, is familiar with the corporate culture and characteristics of the company. It is usually much more effective, except on rare occasions when a fresh perspective on the company’s situation is required.

B.Khasanov emphasized that under the personnel reserve and talent of KMG Engineering LLP are meant highly qualified, with rare competencies, motivated employees which need to be developed and retained.

As the human resources management Service of the company said, the formation of the talent pool was preceded by a lot of work on the analysis of the turnover of management personnel, the opening of new functional areas, the availability of financial and material resources.

Summarizing his appeal to reservists, the head of the company wished them to build up competencies in the field of strategic, financial management, project management, digital literacy, personnel management, as well as develop potential in the field of studying the state and English languages.
