On August 1, the opening of the modular program took place in Nur-Sultan.
25 geologists of Embamunaigas JSC, Ozenmunaigas JSC, KazMunayGas NC, Kazakhoil Aktobe LLP and KMG Engineering LLP were selected as participants in the training. The content of the “Chief Geologist” program is developed and agreed upon jointly with experts from KMGI and KazMunayGas NC. In addition to certified business trainers of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Kazakhstan, internal trainers of KMGI are also involved in organizing training courses for the program.
A welcoming speech to the participants was made by the Head of the Department of Geology and Geophysics of KazMunayGas NC Akhmetkaliev N.D., and also the Head of the Competence Development Service of KMGI Baysetova Z.A. In their speech, colleagues mentioned the importance of the project, in particular its practical component. So, according to the results of the first release of the program (2021), the results of the “Best Project” were used and are being applied in KazGerMunai JV LLP. We hope that the new projects proposed by the participants (December 2022) will also have practical value and the possibility of further implementation.
