On the basis of the KazNIPImunaygas Branch, the Professional Foreman modular training program was launched on the 16th of August of this year.
The Director General of Mangistaumunaygas JSC D.K. Khassanov, the Director of CPK-Tatneft O.V. Pavlovskiy (online), Director of the Human Resources Department of MMG K.B. Berdaliyev gave a welcoming speech at the opening of the program. The directors emphasized the value of the foremen’s work and importance of their purposeful training in the course of their speeches.
The project participants are 16 foremen in oil and gas production, well workover of Mangistaumunaygas JSC.
Professional Foreman is a unique program aimed at improving the professional knowledge of foremen as well as developing their personal and business competencies. The participants will gain new knowledge in the field of technologies and equipment for oil and gas production, well workover, familiarize themselves with corporate management methods, lean production, basics of economics, public speaking and other areas as part of the training.
Qualified experts from CPK-Tatneft, KMG Engineering LLP and other business trainers are involved in the implementation of the course. Based on the results of the training, the foremen will present proposals for improving the efficiency of the company’s activity in December of this year.
