Pilot Testing system implementation for KMG group of companies – responsible supervisors are appointed

To date, training in the use of the pilot testing system has been conducted for the specialists of a number of subsidiaries of KazMunayGas NC JSC – Ozenmunaigas JSC, Mangistaumunaigas JSC, Karazhanbasmunaigas JSC, Embamunaigas JSC, Kazgermunai JV LLP, Kazakhoil Aktobe LLP, Kazakhturkmunai LLP and Urikhtau Operating LLP.

The training seminar was organized by the Analytical Process Research Service of the head office of KMG Engineering LLP.

“We have identified key users and supervisors from KazMunayGas NC JSC’s Oil and Gas Production Organizations based on the results of the training in order to organize and carry out pilot tests of new equipment and technologies. In the future, the algorithm of the “Pilot Testing Center System” Internet portal will provide an objective process of control, accounting and monitoring of pilot testing from the beginning of customer registration in the system to the final decision on the feasibility of the proposed innovative technology in KMG’s subsidiaries and affiliates,” Mr. Aidos Aitpembetov, Leading Engineer of KMGE Engineering Support Department, says.

It is worth noting that the company has now completed the development of a “Pilot Testing Center System” web portal for applying for pilot testing of new techniques, technologies, materials, and equipment, which will operate as a one-stop-shop in digital format and will consolidate materials on proposed technological solutions, accelerate the implementation of innovative technologies at KazMunayGas Oil and Gas production assets, and store information in a unified database.

The project developers note that the operating principle and functionality of the new site will soon become an effective channel of communication between all stakeholders in the organization and conducting Pilot Testing.
